What's it all about? 40x40 song #4! "Three years ago in late October my friend and drummer Chris Williams passed away. He played with me in the Pat McGee Band and occasionally in Getaway Car. His favorite GC song was "Orbit." So this week, for him, I've finally done a proper recording of this song. Although Chris never recorded with us, I was able to piece together a performance using other sessions I had recorded him on. Thanks to technology and an amazing drummer it feels and sounds like he was right here with me. Chris Reardon from Getaway Car played bass, Jared Bartlett played guitar and Micah Wilshire mixed it.
